There are any number of artists in Hua Hin that could do that, just pop into any downtown gallery and ask, or wander up to the artists village, or check out cicada at weekends.

Why not just get the photo converted to a bigger size?
Talk is cheap

I prefer a nice aquarelle over a photo and I also think that if I would blow it up to the size I want, it will not be as clear as the original
I think galleries and the artists villages will be somewhat expensive and I was thinking that maybe some members would have an amateur acquaintance that could do the job .
I will check the suggestions out anyway, thanks

Although I understand what you say about preferring a painting over a blown-up photo, with regards to the latter, my wife got a black and white photo of my mum and dad’s wedding in 1947 blown up from something like a 3”x4” original to approximately 11”x15” and it’s amazingly clear.
