I won't answer any HH specific questions, but only comment on two items you mention.
First, you really don't want your daughter to go to a Thai Wat school to obtain an understanding of the "thai way of life", she'll understand more than you bargained for and get a piss poor education to boot. There are 2-3 other levels of Thai schools you need to investigate. All on an increased cost scale as you go up. I'm not sure what level HH has to offer at present.
International schools in the provinces can be anywhere between 80,000 and 120,000 baht per year, about 15% less than in Bangkok IMHO. They get an excellent education with at least half of the students being from Thai families. The Thai families who can afford it put their kids there as they know the quality of the programs, not as a status thing. The kids there do have very good exposure to Thai culture and life.
We have a teacher or two on here who can please correct me if I'm being too outspoken, or expensive/cheap with my figures.
Pooh Pattaya you're right. However, go east for an hour drive and you can find good Thai and International schools and houses in your price range. Also read H2ODunc's posts as he lives south of HH and is enjoying an economy of scale down there also in a place not yet "westernized".
Stay tuned for other replies from HH folks. Good luck. Pete

AFAIK, Terry's kids have started going to Yamsaard. If you pm him, he might be able to answer some of your questions on that.
Depending on the school fees & your family's personal likes & dislikes (leisure, imported foods & wines, transport etc), 90,000 a month for 3 should be adequate or plenty.
No idea about property prices. Sorry, but I'm sure others can advise you on that.
Good luck & if you have any other questions, just ask. Someone'll know the answer. Welcome to HHAD, by the way.
