Western Tours - same as Dawn.

Never had any problems, the staff are efficient and polite. We've used them for at least three trips abroad and everything's gone ticketyboo.

I've used Western Tours quite extensively. Just two days ago I bought from them a return ticket for which I paid 42 000 B.
The very cheapest I could find in the net for exactly same was 69 000 B.

Western Tours rulez!

I'd go along with all the other posters.
Quite a few years ago, it seemed that Western Tours were allied to Thai International and Quantas (if i remember correctly). I would go in there to look for a good priced flight and would only be quoted on those two airlines.
More recently, they've "opened their doors up" to other alternatives and been really good every time I've used them.

Another thing that Western Tours have been good at for me is changing tickets when you end up having to travel on a different date. You should be able to do this directly with the airline over the phone, but it’s often not that easy with them telling you to come to the airport to do it.
If you go to Western and give them the ticket they will do it for you for a very small charge, and if you have a mobile phone they will call you when it’s done so you don’t have to hang around.

good info, sounds like western tours get a big thumbs up :thumb:
i changed my ticket twice in january, got it sorted in the end but involved a number of time consuming phone calls & a small amount of hassle with it.
i know where to go next time :D
