125 Honda Wave

Post by Hobiecat »

I'm planning on buying a bike when I get home to HH next month. Can anyone tell me the difference between the 125 Honda Wave "S" or "R" and I believe there is one more but dont remember the letter designator.

I'll give this one a crack. The 125s has an enclosed chain case and the suspension is softer, as is the seat (that is why I own one) The 125r has an exposed chain with a little racy guard, and harder suspension and seat, making it I suppose a little more sporty. There may be other differences but that's all I can remember at present... :D

If you follow the lineage of the Honda Wave back through to the Cub and Super Cub, it’s been produced in far higher numbers than any other motor vehicle in the world.
