Post by hhnewbie »

Hi,
Anyone knows of a good picture framing shop in HH? Need to frame about 15 -20 photos.

Thanks

A very small way up Chomsin Rd (railway line side of the crossroads, soi 55 just behind you) is a small side soi on the right. It has a Chinese shrine on the corner. Down that soi on the left hand side is a framing & picture shop. They have a wide variety of styles of frame which they will make to order.

Petchakasem Road in the direction of Khao Takiab. Think it is the first (small) shop next to the municipality. Had a few things done there many years ago. Remember good quality and very cheap (then). Recently noticed that the shop is still there (whilst waiting for a red traffic light). No big signs or anything, just one of those small familly businesses.

The Kodak shop next to the clinic on Petchkasem do made to order. We had several canvases (bought from Dawn's closing down sale) stretched and framed there. Excellent job.

As said before, Petchkasem road, one of the first shops close to the municipality. Does not look very impressive when driving by, but they do an an excellent job and are very cheap.

There is a cheap good framers in HH. Right here go's -
comming up so you pass the police station on your right and the post office on your left. Turn left at the lights. About 100 yards (ish) there is a shop on the right hand side of the road (on a corner) It has an open front so does not look like a shop as such. They will make any frame you want. sorry cant be any more accurate than that as havent been there in ages. (hope its still there).... :D

Hua Hin night Market, half way down at the crossroads, opposite big 7/11 on corner.
