Advice sought re taxes

My friends have a house in HH but haven't been there for a year or paid their taxes. They're going to sell up, but will this be a problem and if so what do they need to do?

The biggest problem right now will be finding a buyer never mind worrying about the taxes.

Take a look at this thread. There are no "taxes" as you probably think of them.
