I'm going to be doing a run to the Andaman club next week and driving myself. This will be my first time. Can anyone tell me what to look out for when making the turn right to Ranong? Also, are there signs pointing out the Andaman club when you get there? I was thinking of possibly staying the night. Has anyone done this at the Andaman, know how much it costs?

The Ranong turn is pretty clearly signposted, and it is also at a set of traffic lights which have a filter lane for that turn and a separate green light. Not far before that junction is another one but there is only one signposted for Ranong. There used to be signs for the Andaman Club pier but I'm not sure if there still are, and it can be tricky spotting the turns - basically there is a right turn off the road to Ranong which i think does have a sign, and then further on (guessing about 10 km) there is a series of hills and drops and there is another right turn in amongst that at the bottom of a hill followed by a left very soon after which leads to the pier. Can't help you with the cost of a room at the Andaman Club I'm afraid.

Prices a bit steep, mind you it's a quality hotel. I've only been there once and didn't stay overnight.
