"That's all I will say on the matter as this thread is about an Afghan soccer team, not about politics. Too bad you didn't comment on what is really important." - unprovoked comment

". and please stop trying to bait me into a political argument" - unprovoked comment

"Are you drunk?" - unprovoked comment

"You're worse than a beach hawker." - unprovoked comment.

Klister - If you insult someone or are rude to them (unprovoked) do you expect no comeback? If your polite then no problem - but every post you make you are rude. I just asked a simple question which you answered but you added your snide remark. May be you need an anger management course? (chill out man)

Jockey, when you make your posts, half the time I don't know whether you are on a wind up or being serious? :?

Do you?

I’ve just had a look around the net during an idle moment and I can now tell you that there are over 500 women registered as players in Afghanistan with 23 female clubs in Kabul.
Last year the women’s national team lost 1-0 in the final at a competition in Pakistan where they were playing as guests.

I found that as well - but nothing about the European Tour. However, it is quite enlightening to see them moving out of the dark ages.

A colleague of mine returned from Afghanistan only this week. He has told us how things are really coming together over there now, and the basic infrastructure has improved dramatically.

He you are BB; it wasn’t a tour as such, more of a training camp for the national team:http://www.spiegel.de/international/ger ... 98,00.html

Thanks Steve :thumb:

It was nice to them, some without any headgear at all. Absolutely loved photo number 7 - I think somebody airbrushed out the horses

They definitely look like they need horses in that shot, it must be from playing that Afghan game where you play polo with a dead goat.
Incidentally did you notice the sub-heading-“Bend it in Baden-Wurttemberg.â€

You noticed too huh? It does seem like someone here has a bit of an attitude problem.
