Baths in Houses

Post by fach3003 »

Hi all,

Hope ive posted in the right section....

Im looking at houses... i know this is probably a stoopid question...

But most of the houses seem to have wet rooms with showers only

Me and the wife like the odd bath...etc

Can you get them there!?

and can i get combi boilers/ water heaters etc
for a warm bath etc....

What does everyone else do????

On holidays showering is fine.... but after 2-3 weeks probably the
only thing i look forward too is a bath at Home.... and filling my car up
at £1.08 per litre hahahaha!

Just wondering...

Yes, you will be able to get your bath tub and heater here in HH.
I intend to live forever - so far so good.

They’re not all that cheap, but if you go to somewhere like Home-pro they have baths to suit every possible need. There are huge things with jets and god knows what to please anyone.
They still can’t compete with here in Luxembourg though where I’ve seen a shower cubicle with a waterproof telephone in it!

I had a bath in my apartment in Condochain, I think they all had baths so they can't be that expensive!

Bath tubs in houses, apartments and condos here in Thailand are definately the exception and not the rule.

Purely from personal experience and reports of friends over many years in Asia .

If you do not have one in your house you will enjoy one next time you stay somewhere else after a hard days travelling .

If you do have one you will use it less often than you redecorate the bathroom .

A standard one is long enough for an 8 year old or a dwarf .

A decent soakable tub for an adult will not be cheap .

If you want one big enough for 2 2 share then pay your money and enjoy !
