Help does anyone know where to buy grass seed in Hua Hin my lawn is very patchy

Hve been trying for a while to no avail
I now use fertilzer, loads of water and ok within 4 weeks. Trick is always cut grass on highest cut then should grass over ok. Low cut results in burn during the day

Some of the market gardens around HH keeps grass seeds in stock.
Might be worth a try.
I intend to live forever - so far so good.
