Police taxis

Post by lomuamart »

I'm standing at the corner waiting for a motorcycle taxi. Was only 30 mins ago.
Someone comes tearing down Petchkasem Road and loses his helmet. It just flew off his head as he was passing. I retrieved it and that was that.
The rider even took me took to nearest place to get beers. A gun in his right hand side - I could feel it. He wasn't in uniform, but he claimed to be police and the helmet was.
Anyway, he was fine. Sometimes I think that I lose track of some good people here. He accepted no fare.

A heart warming story indeed.... :D
It reminds me of an incident a few years ago. I was out of town near the Kings palace on an errand and just about to return to town when I saw a soldier standing outside the palace grounds, and thought what the heck i'll offer him a lift. He was so taken aback that he stared at me for a while, he then climbed aboard and we proceeded into town. On dropping him off he was so greatful that he offered to basically kill someone for me should I require it!!!
Good job no one upset me on HHAD that week. :guns:
