Help with setting up electric bill on-line

Post by msr »

Hi all,

I am looking for help as I have recently bought in beautiful Hua Hin and am having a lot of trouble trying to set up an on-line account to pay the Provincial Electricity Authority. I am banking with SCB.

Has anyone set this up?
If so any tips on how to do this?

Thanks,

Electric Bill

I too have a home in Hua Hin and deal with SCB. We set up for direct payment which has worked very well. We did this the last time we were in Thailand.

Hi Canthai,

How did you set up the online payment for your electrcitiy?

Was this through the PEA Provincial Electricity Authority website or through the SCB banking website?

Also I have the paper bills what information on this do I need to set up the online direct debits ?

Thanks

Online Bill

WE did not set it up online but rather did all the paperwork with the bank the last time we were in Hua Hin. I know this is probably not much help to you. I have however set up third party banking over the internet. When I had problems I would telephone the SCB help centre. They were very helpful and speak english.
