anyone know how much the yearly accounts should cost for your business/house.

I can only say what I paid last year.
10.000 for the company.
1.000 for translation of the balance sheet.
Business tax was 7.132
Home and land tax between 2.500 - 4.000 pr year, depending of the value of your property.

thanks alot now I know Im not paying too much but my list dose not say anything about land tax! does this have to be payed seperately? in which case i am paying too much, do you have a name of another lawyer for me?

Don't worry about the land tax. Not everyone pays it yet.
You will be informed by your lawyer or your law office when to pay.
Ask them about it the next time you're here.
It's difficult to recommend any new lawyer or law office as they are popping up everywhere in Hua Hin.
Ask your neighbors or people you thrust about it.
(A lawyer good enough for me is maybe not good enough for you and your needs).
