Vegetarian food?
Hi there i'm new on the forum and considering coming to Hua Hin for six months next year.
My big question. I'm veggy and am dying to know if i can buy Linda McCartney vegebangers and such like anywhere around town?

Most of the food vendors in the street have a selection which includes veggie dishes. HH also has some health food stores.
Don't worry. You won't starve.

LOL thanks for your thoughts. I am actually not an impatient guy, i am just getting all giddy with the thought of going back. Honestly!
I spent 4 months in Thailand last year (mostly in Koh Phangan), and spent a week in Hua Hin, so i know exactly what i'm going back to.
But if someone knew there was a place to buy Linda McCartney vegebangers, i know my partner would be 100% behind the move!

No, no Linda McCartney stuff anywhere in the area.
Villa stocks American Veggie meals (Amy's) Quite pricey.
The place next to the palace (major memory block) used to do various Thai brand veggie sausages which were quite nice. Oh, Golden Place, that's it!
Mini Farm has a few bits, like veggie burritos. Otherwise it's a case of 'make your own' Be careful when eating out if you're strict veggie. A lot of veggie dishes here include fish sauce or similar.

Kraka's Mum is a veggie and she has no problem with the food in Hua Hin be it from restaurants most of which have a good selection of veggie dishes or buying raw materials from the shope (Golden Place, Tesco or from Chatchai market) she thinks the food is great. I often eat veggie food too and it is wonderful. !!
