This week the LPGA moves back to the United States and the state of Ohio, for the playing of the Marathon Classic.

This will be tournament #18 of 32 on this year's LPGA schedule.

This week the LPGA takes a break from its official tournament schedule, for the playing of the International Crown. This is a biennial event that will take place in even numbered years, as opposed to the Solheim Cup's odd numbered years. It is a global matchplay competition that will feature 8 countries battling for the rights to be called "The World's Best Golf Nation."

Any rumors out there Tony about what's going on with Michelle Wei? She's missed two consecutive cuts after doing so well earlier. Maybe just needs a break, or boyfriend problems? :wink: Pete :cheers:

Michelle will be fine. After the win at the U.S. Open she had so many media commitments it seemed to wear her down. She will bounce back very soon.

The LPGA announced today the addition of the Coates Golf Championship. It will take place at the Golden Ocala Golf and Equestrian Club in Ocala, Fla., January 28-31, 2015.
