I think you probably have to allow for a delay in provincial reporting of figures being incorporated into the national statistics.

For those confused by the different number of provincial cases being reported, can I please point out that the national tally at 11:30am is the total for the day before up to midnight (right). On the other hand, local health offices report theirs more quickly (left).
