I'll tell you something RZR, this 'three capital one cup, to give the League Cup its full title is producing some cracking games this season! The Chelsea game was almost as crazy as last nights! We won 5-4!!

Hacked off when the ref booked a Utd defender for an almost exact same offence that saw Ivanovic off on Saturday. :guns:

Loved Chris Hughton saying, 'we thought we'd try something different for the last 10 minutes' having been under the cosh for 80 minutes and thus scoring two and beating the Spuds 2-1. Tactics eh, isn't that the preserve of AVB?

I'll leave the scousers for BaaBaa. :thumb:

I'm a bit disappointed Chelsea have pulled out of this Clattenburg case.

I wanted this balance of probability bollocks to explode in their face.

I suspect a pulling of strings.

Gentlemen, what a pleasure to see you all in such good spirits after our enforced 24-hour separation!

Well, another frustrating Spurs performance in which they controlled the game but gifted the win to the opposition. I'm not too bothered about being out of the League Cup, but I'm mightily irritated by the way it happened.

Bale's looking good, let's hope he carries that form through the season.

Saw extra time Chelsea-Man U. What a game that must have been!

Hazard looks really special, Mata is in great nick and Oscar is no slouch. Even Luiz looks half decent...
Chelsea were pretty ordinary last year and managed to win the Champions League and the FA Cup. Football being what it is, they'll probably win bugger all this year with a much better side.

Man U's young centre backs had a bit of a mare, but how nice to be able to field two teenagers in those positions.

It will come as no surprise that I'm not in mourning over this development. You have no idea how much tongue-biting I've been doing in recent weeks.

This post was particularly difficult to ignore:
Should have been 2-3 Liverpool. How could you call that last goal offside - wasn't even close! :(

Over to Spurs now then... ah! 1 up already after 25 minutes... :thumb:
"I'm a committed Spurs fan, but I'll miss the first half an hour of their game so I can watch the Merseyside derby"

Having said that, I'll definitely miss his informed insight, not only on football matters but life in general.

I'm intrigued to know how the FA are going to deal with it? After all, they have something like a 99.6% conviction rate against players, on the same balance?

Load of old farts.

It needs ripping up and starting again.

Old boys club.

At least we can all revel in the fact that Manchester Uniteds Chairmen is 2nd in command.

MUTV had a nice peice about Luis Suarez this weekend. Paddy McRerand. The drunk in charge, talked about Luis family and how he wasn't brought up correctly.

This is a Manchester United channel. Discussing Liverpool, surprise surprise.

This was broadcast on United's official channel.

He admitted he hadn't seen Suarez "disgustin" dive celebration.

Unfortunately for pissed up Paddy there is footage of him spitting in the face of a stoke player in the 70s.
