Just got round to that Clarkson's Farm (make the most of me free trial) that a few of you recommended. Never been a big fan of the man but I've definitely warmed to him after the first few episodes. Brilliant telly.

I, too, have never liked Clarkson but watching him on the farm was thoroughly enjoyable if only to see the "I'm never wrong" guy failing at pretty much everything to do with farming. I gather his first year's profit was around £100.

Baptiste is certainly worth watching (IMO) - I watched the first series a couple of years ago which I thought was better than the second series (which has recently finished), but still good.

Just watched it and it's as excellent as ever. I've seen every episode of Morse and the spin-offs, and this is one of those rare occasions when the quality stay high. And it's great to see that John Thaw's daughter has a regular part in this latest reincarnation.
I was at school with Roger Allam, though he was probably 4 years ahead of me. Didn't know him personally of course, but there was a bit of hero worship there, for his singing rather than his acting.

I thought RA was hilarious in The Thick Of It + Anton Lesser always plays a good role. As for spin-offs, I gave Lewis a try but ..nah..bit like Wise without Morecambe

I've just finished watching the whole series of Morse having never watched it seriously in the past. That lead me to Endeavour and I've just finished season one. The first episode of season 8 is available albeit on HDPrime.
