I never use IE so can't really comment pete.

The different browsers process the pages differently though, IE tends to wait until its loaded the whole page and then display it while Firefox loads it as it gets it which is why its so much faster.

On IE I type in the address at the top and I get to the site I want, I use HHAD obviously and I manage to read the Bangkok Post e-edition and other news-sites, I use Yahoo for e-mail and Google to find out things I don’t know and that’s about it.
Try Google Chrome Steve.

Quicker than IE and seems suited to what you want.

No frills but very quick.

When I get the chance I'll try to install it on my home computer, as long as they make it easy!

Probably a dumb question, but is it possible to have various (eg IE, Chrome and Firefox) browsers installed on the same PC, or does that create some form of conflict?

If you can, is it possible to use more than browser at the same time?

Chrome and Firefox now installed - very easy. I'm actually writing this from Firefox :D

Will now evaluate over the next couple of weeks. If you don't hear any more about it, you'll know both are working fine.
