Well, your call sign name is one of the most cryptic prcscct. The "hackers" that can crack my/HHAD's computer, and they would need to be bloody good, would probably be more interested in "hacking" the Siam Commerial Bank than my computer/account at HHAD.

We're talking about user-names, not passwords. If it was a problem, buksi would be 'all over it' like a bad rash because that's his style.

Yes, indeed, maybe we'll hear from him later on. What my point was as stated.."Don't divulge too much information..." We have replies here of people saying they "use it all the time..." and some that are quite unique and detailed in their description of how it was arrived at. All I'm saying is be cautious, and it has nothing to do with hacking HHAD but other accounts with the same or similar username. Pete

a valid point pete :thumb:

for any hackers tuning in, the words red, zone or rocker do not feature in any of my internet accounts as passwords :D

my username is just made up, red = favourite colour, rocker for musical tastes & the zone was just added for effect, redrocker just didn't have the same ring to it :?
my avatars change on a regular basis & as all can see, reflect my musical persuasion

There you go Richard, I’ve finally taken the effort to find an Avatar.
It’s the coat of arms of Luxembourg, where I am right now, and that won’t help any hackers as I don’t have anything much registered here.

I'm sorry Richard, if you thought there was a real life TV personality living amongst you.

the real Bamber Gascoigne is spelt like this "Gascoigne". My Username is BamberGasgoigne "Gasgoigne" so Im hoping he can't sue me for impersonating him. I didn't do it on purpose, I just spelt it wrong when I was creating my account, and then I thought Shite, all you smart people will spot it and tick me off cos I can't even spell my own pretendy name !.

I picked him because I used to be called Bamber at school, probably because I'm just so darned intelligent !. Anyway the name stuck, and people still call me Bamber to this day.

What about a private board for people who only use their real names and are known to be who they say they are. It could be our sort of "virtual honesty bar" and when we are let out, sure we might even all go to the same real one from time to time. - Some of you probably do already, but with the exception of one member, I don't know any of you. As I said on another post - I don't get out that often !.

:lach: I was completely wrong then.
'Fraid so, especially as I just had to look the word up to find out what it means . Must be all the clever posts I make!
