Chris if you plan to spend your summers in Anchorage and winters in Hua Hin, then I assume you will be there for July and August and here the rest of the time. :roll: Just kidding, lived there for 4years in the late 50's. Fort Richardson for a couple of years and worked Aleutian Chain and Anchorage for RCA a couple of years.

One thing to keep in mind is your deposit will only rarely be returned so factor it into your rent cost. In MHO you have picked a nice place to winter.
