There is an attachment available for a high pressure wash down pump, such as a Karcher, etc. It uses a very small plastic tube (2 or 3 mm), with a small nozzle that has 3 or 4 rear facing water jets on it, along with one forward facing jet. It is used for clearing out blocked pipes. The centre jet eats into the blockage and the rear facing jets force the nozzle, and hence the tubing along the pipe.

It is very effective for its purpose, and as the nozzle is very small a 90 degree bend should not be a problem. I have not seen them here, but then I have not really looked.

knock it out and do it proper like.
Split,

That will probably end up being what has to be done, but I wanted to try everything else first as the walkway in question is sandwashed and I'm sure the cut and repaired section will never match the original... :(
My brain is like an Internet browser; 12 tabs are open and 5 of them are not responding, there's a GIF playing in an endless loop,... and where is that annoying music coming from?

As has been said earlier if you can get hold of an air compressor use this to blow a small piece of cloth tied to a length of string plugged in the pipe. We use this method at work when some one has pulled out a cable without pulling in a pull wire . Works well.

If you don't have the correct fish wire tool then try one of the 5 or 10 metre steel spring measuring tapes, sometimes it works
