Don`t know if it will work here, seeing as how your dogs are Thais!

But a trick that we used to use on the farm was to conceal some very hot pepper or curry powder in a piece of their favorite food, and leave it laying around to start with. From there proceed to teach them only to eat out of their designated bowl / dish or whatever. Pretty soon they will learn not to eat anything that is not in their bowl. Even to the extent that if you try and force something into their mouth they will spit it out.

Of coarse, it should be taught from a young age, and with that black and white thing of yours I very much doubt she would learn in her current lifetime!

So far all my dogs have been adopted, whether it be Uk, Bahrain or Dubai. It will be the same when we come to HH permanently, we will take a local dog of whatever type makes my wife smile with joy. Anyone who takes in a dog, good on you.

Hey Takiap,

Okay I have a few more stages in teaching mine.

Besides me who is giving the word command to eat.

After getting that, I use family members not saying the word, as I watch and reprimand if goes to eat; then me giving the word, he eats, and praise etc.

Here is mine, he's a little sick at the moment (demodex), bought it 5 days ago. Never trust a thai guy when you want to buy a dog. Anyway he's my bodyguard now and no one can approach him except my family, the police just passed near my home to say hello but they get scared of the dog and didn't want to get off the car.

Well here are mine and believe me they can be vicious if not fed, watered and barned for the night

Ignore the tame farang amongst them. He was a bull with bells round his neck. Well I think so, I kept hearing the sound of bells

Most of them now have been sent to good homes in Isaan to be pastured

Why buy a dog when there are so many wanting homes. The streets are full of unwanted dogs. How can you train it in 5 days to know you and your family? . A word of warning with vicious dogs, they can turn on you and also savage children. Do not trust them :? Dogs can become very jealous of small children.
