Don't hold your breath. I doubt it's going to get much better than it is now. I wouldn't expect anything more than a 10% increase, and even then not for a few years....and wait for a decent exchange rate.![]()
Are you planning on spending any significant time in Japan? Do you have Japanese friends you want to converse with? Or are you doing it just for fun? All of these are equally valid reasons, but if you are doing it 'just for fun', learning Thai should be just as fun and will serve you a lot better if you plan on retiring to Thailand!As for my Thai - a few basic phrases, no more!
Actually I plan to learn some Japanese. The Thai will have to get used to that.Lol![]()
