In the USA they post a phone number on a lot of public vehicles and vehicles with advertising painted on them. It ask to call this number if you observe unsafe driving. So for those advertisers who do care, this is a way to promote good driving and responsibility. Both good for business.
I wouldn't have to manage my anger if people could learn to mange their stupidity!

In the UK as well. Has anybody ever called one of those numbers? I'm interested in the reaction you got. On occasion when I've been tempted, I've been always been driving myself, and of course it's illegal to phone while driving in the UK.
