Crazy88 I have a probe type thermometer -50 to 300 Celsius. I bought it in Amorn electronics in Fortune Town Bangkok it was 350 Baht. ( it also has an alarm function for accuracy)
I bought it as a spare ( ham and meat cooking) and am happy to let you buy it from me, if suitable and I will get another later if you are not in Bangkok frequently.
