yes i'm buying the house/land via company. i first thought i would do the 30-year LH but too many lease "holes" in it for me.
i'm in process right now, have reserved plot with deposit etc but have to come over to form the company and work out details.
expect to come over within 6-8 weeks as i want construction to start.
