Timo Werner to stay at spurs on loan for another season. Excellent bench option for me, happy he's staying. Had a goal or assist every 2.5 games, not too shabby.

Hope we have some signature signing this summer to show intent for once, but I very much doubt it. As usual.

Has he been appointed yet? I'll wait until the dotted line is signed.

Think it's a done deal. Fabrizio very rarely misses. :D

A 5-year deal, that's good! It ensures a massive pay-off when they sabk him next year.

Many a true word spoken in jest, only in this case it’s more likely true than jest!!

When Fabrizio says his trademark "Here we go"© it's a done deal 99.5% of the time. Bookies will now give you very poor returns if betting the same way, no kidding. :D

Happy with the new manager, caller? (Edit: if he becomes manager, what do you think? Personally I would have stuck with poch but I know nothing of the other chap)

Returning to the prem, Leicester are looking at 'The heaviest points deduction ever given' in the prem before they even kick a ball next season.

Whole thing's becoming farcical.

Who is the Spuds player being wooed by Madame Pang? Madame Pang normally gets what Madame Pang wants. I don't follow the Premier League intricacies that closely any more, so I've never heard of Jude Jacob Soonsup-Bell before. Is he any good?

Half Thai-English ex Chelsea youth player, now with the spuds. Chelsea let him go in January 2023. He has represented England at youth level, and he can still choose between England or Thailand.

Okay, we finally have a new manager, announced 15.00 UK time. Always the optimist - well, sometimes - can't help but feel good things lie ahead. Let's hope we keep Gallagher and Chalobah and then I will be feeling even better.

Ten Hag to stay on as United manager, surprisingly. The FA Cup saved his job and also ineos weren't impressed enough by talks with Tuchel and the like.
