I would never have imagined that there was any chance of enjoying having a firework in your ear!

I had to seek medical help whilst in Korea, I was poking in my ear with a Korean made cotton bud and the wooden shaft snapped leaving the bud and a short piece of the wooden shaft deep in my ear.
I tried to get help at the local chemist but they could not understand me and my best acting could not get the problem through to them so I has to sleep with this in my ear until the morning when I could get medical attention that could speak English.

the actual firework ( called a hopi candle i think) just fizzes and pops as it is supposed to creat a updraft to draw the wax out of the ear.
the massage bit was pleasant.
