Two things that have helped me to avoid hangovers (actually this could be dangerous as well, not to have hangovers), first I quit smoking 11 years ago. Used to go through three packs a night while drinkin. Second, drink water while you booze, that takes care of dehydration.

Its all in the mind - its not necessary - its an illusion thinking smoking is cool and required whilst out on the town - but if you want to die a slow painful death its up to you - smoke - be a twat - believe me - drinking is completely possible without the nicotene drug (cough splutter die).

 oops - reformed smokers obviously the worst - having permanently damaged my lungs through smoking I hate it. If you must smoke the best thing to do is enjoy it I suppose! No point in worrying what its doing to you - worrying is another thing thats bad for you. Sorry, I didn't mean you were a twat! I meant smoking is a twat thing to do.

Soluble Solphadene

For big hangover two Soluble Solphadene

Available in any UK chemist.

Contain codeine so they limit the amount you can buy in one go from any one outlet.

Not available in Thailand, well I've had no luck finding them.

Work wonders on headaches to.

I’ve read several articles recently about an Australian vitamin supplement called Berocca that apparently is a good hangover cure. Apparently you can buy the stuff in the UK, but seeing as how I’ve failed to find it in Europe or Thailand, I don’t know if it works or not.

Ok, that's fair. You give her the chance to cure your hangover, before you let 'Noi' in to your life.

Steve, it is basically a mega dose of Vitamin B. Have never found the need myself, but it does have a big following in OZ.

Available here: http://www.worldwideshoppingmall.co.uk/ ... me=Berroca

Nereus, If I manage to obtain some, I’ll give it a no holds barred test next time I’m back by trying it on the Chang frenzy induced, brain-death feeling!
