You are encouraging people to park their bike's at a known spot for theft.
You are encouraging people to park their bike's and drink alcohol.
You are asking people to use the chain you have bought for the price of a drink, why not park them at the Hilton cost the same and you would not have to go to the red light area.

What documentation do you have for this enterprise?
Busines Visa and Work Permit?
What insurance do they have?
Or is this another illegal enterprise in an area known for illegal practice's.
Personally people who go into this area deserve all they get, theft, mugging's, fighting, prostitution and the rest.

Maybe I read it differently from you, but I do not think the OP is asking people to do anything. He has identified what he feels to be a problem and is offering what he feels to be a solution. No-one has to take him up on his offer.
I do not feel that Bintabaht is a 'red light' district. I go out there, and I'm certainly not picking up girls.
As for WP's etc, the bar in question is owned by Thais AFAIK. Last time I checked they didn't require WP's...
