Reading Levs post it seems that it applies tp people carrying sign boards, it states they have to be signed. Following in from that it is logical that if you are meeting someone you know that is ok.
It would be good if anyone has met a relative or friend how they got on and as in Dawns case how the taxt driver was met. Please post if you have met anyone since this became a law.
