I have never met Dave but he sounds like a wonderful man. You have all brought a tear to my eye with your compation. Oe you are a beautiful person to be able to honor your partner in such a wonderful way.

Condolances to you all as I see you've all lost a wonderfuly friend.

I'll have one for Dave also as it seems it would be the correct thing to do.

Hi, every one not been on here for a while, as we have all been trying to move on after Davids passing, just to let you know that Dave's mum,his daughter one of his nephews and his brothers remembered him yesterday at the local cemetery where we scattered the ashes that were repatriated to the UK. His mum and daughter placed flowers at the plaque that has been placed next to the one for his grandparents, lots of tears were shed as feelings of loss that had been suppressed while getting on with day to day living resurfaced. he is missed so much by everyone here especialy me as my wedding day approaches and i know he wont be able to join us, even simple things like swiching 0n the computer and not seeing his name on msn still hurt. but we will go,will be a place saved for him at the wedding and a drink had in his name.

see you all and keep safe

Hi Tim,

Congrats on your wedding, hope you all have a fantastic day and this new chaptert of your life is the best yet.

WE had a fair few beers on Wednesday night - Oe was let loose on the music, sure Dave would have been very proud.

Dave is missed by all of his friends here, he leaves great memories with us all - a passionate, knowledgeable and super interesting guy who would do anything for his mates.

All the best to all of you back in UK.

Best,

Johnnie

Hi Oe - I also found your beautiful message too late to say Happy Birthday to Dave. You are very brave, and I hope you had a good party for Dave on Wednesday.
Just don't go off to join him too soon OK?
We will see you in October. Love you loads, brave girl. Mags and Billy xxx

Good evening y'all!

I had the priviledge of chatting with him a couple of Times during the very Popular SurfFM years! What we share is the love fir Raegge and Soul Music! Man I really miss him!

Thanks for SurfFM Dr. Dave Soulmonsta!

You'll be forever missed by us Hua Hin lovers & afficienados so much!!!

Now Brother Dr. Dave is soaring with eagles high above, because he lived a life of love. Yes he's flying way up high, because he was a supercool guy. He's gone away, too soon it seems, leaving behind his unfinished dreams.
Yes we remember Da Soulmonsta Dr. Dave! a man with faith no man could shake. A strength no man could break. A character no man could fake. For goodness sake, let's eat some cake. Amen!!!

Where has the time gone?

Some of my fondest memories are of the SM flying around town on his red HHAD-mobile, that thing would go everywhere but some gaps were a challenge.

Just read Oe's original posts in this thread. Very moving - heart rending really. I hope she's doing OK now anyway.

RIP Dr Dave
