I have noticed you consistently offer pork with chicken, pork with lamb and pork with beef.
Is there a reason for this?

I can think of some (not very) likely ones:

1. Is this because there are a surplus of pigs in Thailand?
2. Is it because you want to make sure no Muslims appear at the Sunday roast?
3. Do you run a pig sty business on the side?
4. Pork is cheap but Chicken and beef is more expensive, so to keep the same price you "pork" it down as opposed to "beef it up"?
