Oh dear. Can big Ange break the manager of the month curse...

Remember Nuno getting the award in his first month. Ugh... the Nuno era *shudder*.

Fun fact: Tottenham's comeback is the latest time a team's been losing and gone on to win (98') beating the previous record of Tottenham's comeback against Leicester (95').

Incidentally, I thought the little glimpse we had of Johnson looked very promising.

Literally just came back to the forum to post on how good I thought Johnson looked. Great minds and all that. :wink:

Not watched his football much and wasn't overly excited about the transfer. Knew he's the 2nd fastest player in the league, but he's got a wonderful first touch on him. Fodenesque. And a decent finish too, shame the goal was offside.

Two other premier league records were broken in the Tottenham game.

* Most yellow cards (13). Previous record was Chelsea vs Tottenham 'The Battle of the Bridge' in 2016 (12).

* Latest red card (104').

The ref was a shambles that game to be honest.

Oh, while you're here, I heard Tottenham's 5th choice left back we loaned you was United's best player today. :laugh:

I'm waiting for the Stretford End to start the chant "We're shit and we know we are!"

Diabolical team...on a personal note I would start by showing Bruno F the exit door. Nothing but trouble. The rest I would give knitting needles to burst their over inflated egos, and start implementing performance related pay!! :cheers:

I very rarely watch any match live so settle for the BBC’s MOTD highlights, although this weekend it was definitely lowlights - there was hardly a game that had any real excitement (Brightons win against Utd was just about the exception) and yesterdays two games could only muster a single goal!! Hopefully, it can only get better?
