Imagine how useful such information would be as a signature on your posts here. Or on the page linked to from the Sponsors List. Or on the home page of your website. Then imagine what a royal pain in the ass it would be to keep any one of those 3 places up to date. Seriously, a company would have to be interested in customer service to do that.

In all fairness though it would be a good idea to put it somewhere permanent on the website. It won't be long before that information is lost among posts. Right now we of course know as it's only 5 or so posts before this one.

alleykat, GLCQuantum: Y'all apparently think making a potential customer search a thread for the most basic information about the business is both good marketing and an predictor of good customer service. Some might think it's ignorant or lazy and a predictor of indifferent customer service.

I would imagine that rather than being ignorant, lazy, or a predictor of indifferent customer service, it was actually no more than a genuine oversight - i mean they go to the trouble of advertising their various promotions on a regular basis and from reading the numerous positive comments that have been made, they seem to be providing a popular and quality service. But having it brought to their attention, I am sure they will make the appropriate changes you have so eloquently suggested.

Terrace 90 responds with a bowed head and sincere apologies to all for not getting the Info on Closing Thusday till 1 Oct. 2012 out to all. .

We had updated the Web Site but for some reason it showed the update when we logged in-- but not to the public when they viewed it. Webmaster fixed that today.

We are next contacting the Forum to update the info they have on our business listing.

We can be contacted directly at terrrace90@gmail.com and via our web site for faster reply. While we review all the forums for comments due to a House Sale (the family place went) we are now trying to get started on a new place to live for the eight of us. Yes, eight of us in this family!

We took our eye off the ball or in this case the Internet. We again offer our apologies to one and all. Will not happen again!
