Just started watching "Bosch Legacy." Anyone who enjoyed the original Bosch series will like this.

Also "The Lincoln Lawyer" based on the books from the same author (Michael Connelly) is worth a watch, IMHO.

The Lazarus Project

Thought I'd seen a post on this, but can't find it now. It's a time-loop series in which the heroes are trying to prevent apocalyptic events and skp back a year if they fail. Just watched episode 1 and thoroughly enjoyed it.
It's a Sky series, I downloaded all 8 episodes from eztv.

They showed episodes 3&4 on Monday and Tuesday this week and it’s lost none of its attraction - still a recommended one to watch.

Another drama being shown this week on Channel 4 in the UK called Suspect and starring Darren Nesbitt amongst others. Not as gripping as Sherwood, but I’ve watched worse so give it a try if you have access.

Who? I remember a Derren Nesbitt from the 70s - big lips - but he'd have to be well into his 80s by now...

Man vs Bee came out today on Netflix. Rowan Atkinson's first TV series for donkey's years. Can't go wrong with Rowan, really.

For those without Netflix...

Watched 4 or 5 chapters of this yesterday. Is funny. Very silly and Mr. Beanesque. Chapters are only 10 minutes long or so, easy to watch.

Sherwood - BBC

it may have been mentioned.

A real look at how life in the UK is still coming to terms with events that happens decades ago.

Northern mining riots and community murders. British dramas like this are always hard to watch but very very well done.

Reminds me a little bit of Shane Meadows’ style, in the sense of coming close to real life scenarios that most of us from those parts can relate to.

Yes mentioned a few posts above - I enjoyed the series very much and they’ve announced that a 2nd series has been commissioned, presumably for viewing next year!!

A few I've been watching ...

The Lazarus Project - its a little slow starting but warming up a bit now so will persevere with it.

Westworld - just started up with series 4, though the last season was very convoluted so we'll see how this one goes.

The Old Man - haven't started this yet, but it looks promising. Jeff Bridges being a badass - https://www.imdb.com/title/tt5645432/

Just watched the first 2 hrs of Black Bird and has me gripped so far. Some big names in it: Taron Egerton, Ray Liotta (his last role before his death), Greg Kinnear.

'The true story of convicted drug dealer Jimmy Keene who is offered his freedom in exchange for coaxing a confession out of suspected serial killer Larry Hall and finding out where his victims are buried.'

Episode 3 out on the 15th (Apple TV).

First 2 episodes: https://eztv.re/search/black-bird
