Anyway, my goal now is to finish in the top 10% of the 180,000 players. Possible but tough. Pete

My goal this season has been to finish in the top 5,000 - a little bit of improvement still required, but not impossible.

Thanks Pete, I just checked the results (no home internet since I moved ) but retaining the banker makes a big difference. JD eh? Interesting!

I'm looking over my shoulder at those who are closing in as well - it will be a tight finish.

Maybe fun next season for at least two volunteers to make all 38 weeks of picks before the season starts, then sit back and see what happens.

Better, yet, maybe I'll start a different league where a few of us can do that with the promise we won't touch it, then also participate normally in the HHAD league. Pete

IKTS hasn't posted it yet but my sports page is telling me Newcastle won 2-1.

I hit it dead on. However, the real joy is seeing it's going to be a race to the end to decide the bottom 3. I know, seems silly to be excited about that end of the league, but what the heck. Pete, loyal Newcastle supporter.

no you didn't, it was 3-1 & i too did 2-1 with my banker chip onboard
