1 Dress warmly, the a/c. Is set at arctic levels. I wore a long sleeved t shirt with a long sleeve shirt over it with long pants and was fine. I note in the hi-so seats they supply blankets.
2 I got there 10 mins after announced time, that is much to early, announced time was 6.40 movie started at7.05, 25mins of ads and trailers.
I saw the jack Ryan film, did I enjoy it? Yes. Would I recommend it? No

Yes, I have mentioned the temperature several times. Some showings are colder than others, but it is advisable to be prepared for Arctic conditions - you can always remove layers.

Funny but I feel exactly the same way, had jeans on, was still freezing cold. Don't know why I ever show up on time, movie was 6:40 and everyone showed up at 7:00, of course Thai people showing up at 7.:10 or 7:20, don't know why they have such a problem getting there on time.

Movie was enjoyable, but I would not really recommend it either

Me too, until I saw it was directed by Martin Scorsese. That was enough to say I'm in, it's just extra incentive that the writer who adapted the novel is the creator of Boardwalk Empire and wrote 19 episodes of The Sopranos.

Wolf of Wall Street was brilliant I agree. I cannot imagine watching it in a movie theatre though, the screen would be blurred for about 65% of the movie. I haven't seen a movie with so much swearing, nudity, boobs, sex scenes, cocaine/drug snorting for many many years, with the censorship here I don't think you would get the full affect. I downloaded a very decent DVD screener last week which is making its way around the torrent sites, I would suggest that.

Saw I - Frankenstein in Pattaya last night, possibly the worst movie I have seen in the past 5 years. I would suggest taking 2 hours out of your day to watch paint dry instead, you will feel like it was time better spent.

I hope Lone Survivor ends up playing in Hua Hin in case you have not seen it. WOW, saw it Saturday and it's simply amazing. Can't remember the last time I saw a movie where it was that entertaining and action packed that nobody was using their cellphones, texting, updating facebook or having a conversation with their friends.. (That's how you know a movie is good) If you get the chance and love being on the edge of your seat I couldn't recommend a movie more than this one..
