Friends from Bangkok said they got all there paper work and permits to travel to Hua Hin and were never stopped once. Which begs the questions, what's the point and do the authorities really give a damn about stopping the spread of the the virus?

You should know that nothing gets enforced in Thailand, actually yes it does on farangs
