I understand. It seems a little unkind to force users to parse the URL. Could be done pretty easily with some simple PHP code. The following extracts the YT video ID from any YouTube URL and the builds the URL in the format you want:

Code: Select all

php >  $url = "https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hIh9RJyskOg&feature=youtu.be";
php > parse_str( parse_url( $url, PHP_URL_QUERY ), $my_array_of_vars );
php > $url = "http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=".$my_array_of_vars['v'];
php > echo $url;
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hIh9RJyskOg

^^ It's been raining off and on all day here in the east. Each hour you can feel the temp going down as the high from the north starts to push in, Pete :cheers:

It's getting very windy here, and looking quite black towards the South of the city.

You can see what's been lurking offshore and hitting here all day today in the satellite image. Whereas Pattaya is sunny and steaming hot! It seems to be working it's way over to Hua Hin....maybe. Pete :cheers:

We're actually brightening up a bit here. Looks a bit hazy on Ratsima's cam though.

I live quite close to where Ratsima's cam is and it's been quite dark all afternoon. It's looked like rain, but so far not a drop, although the temp has dropped about 5 degrees.

We've had quite a downpour here. I live near the site of the forthcoming Hua Hin Zoo/City Farm project, and the cleared land is currently a lake.

Cold in Bangkok, I had to actually put on a shirt. Some rain this morning, light wind.
