Weather in Hua Hin & Thailand

Temperature here in Phetchabun is 40 today.

My app says high temp in Hua Hin was only 33. Is it correct? I hope so.

The overnight low was 33 here in North Carolina last night... but that's Fahrenheit.

We had a 1 minute rain storm here in Phwtchabun yesterday.

I'm from Arizona so I'm used to seeing things like rain on the other side of the street, but not mine.

However, I have never seen a heavy rain start and stop within 1 minute.

I would expect a series of short term electricity disruptions during these days. We're having some at our house each day that last 5 minutes or less. Typical sign of overload with the occasional exploding transformer. Every air conditioner in the country must be running close to 24 hours a day.

We've abandoned our swimming pool. You can poach an egg in it these days. Pete

Well in the Black Mountain area it was hot and when I checked at 1.00pm my shade temp on the covered patio was 36 but with a nice breeze and more all day. No AC used and frankly never thought of it! But I agree Monday and yesterday were the hottest I have felt this year

Got to 37.7 in the shade in Mon Mai. Aircon on for an hour to cool the bedroom down a bit, but otherwise loving the warm :-)

No but there should be in the next couple of weeks as the grouting is just about finished! Also waiting to go onto Pranbury mains water as my usual guy with truck hasn't had capacity to fill it. You can bring some beers and test it soon

During 18-21 April, 2016 the summer thunderstorm includes gusty wind and some hails are likely in the Eastward of the North, the Northeast, the East and the Central. People in the Chiang Rai, Phayao, Nan, Uttaradit, Phetchabun, Loie, Nong Bua Lam Phu, Udon Thani, Khon Kaen, Nong Kai, Bueng Kan, Sakon Nakhon, Nakhon Phanom, Mukdahan, Amnat Charoen, Ubon Ratchathani, Prachin Buri, Sa Kaeo, Chachoengsao, Chanthaburi, Trat, Chai Nat, Nakhon Sawan, Lop Buri and Saraburi should beware of severe weather and keep away from unsecured buildings.

This is because, the difference in air-mass. During 18-21 April 2559, the high pressure from China bring the cold air will extend to the eastward of the North, the Northeast, the East and the Central areas in which this previous is hot weather in general and very hot weather many areas already.



This advisory is in effect on 18 April 2016 at 11.00 a.m.
