Yes, I remember when the boot was on the other foot, when Thailand reported it's first cases, and the UK press were basically waxing lyrical about Thailand being doomed. BREAKING NEWS
2 domestic cases found in Thailand
According to the Public Health Ministry:
- 2 domestic COVID-19 cases found.
- First case arrived back on June 2nd. Second case arrived back on June 24th. Both came from United Arab Emirates.
- Both were in State Quarantine.
- Both had the required health check-up before traveling; doctors detected COVID-19 antibodies.
- Both are in hospital and those with close contact to the pair will be tested. There is a very small chance of the virus spreading due to low level of COVID-19 antibodies.
- According to studies, Coronavirus antibodies may last two to three months after a person becomes infected with COVID- 19.
- This is not a second wave of outbreak.
