An in-depth look into what is probably a greater threat to the Earth than climate change or plastic pollution - commercial fishing. Hard to imagine oceans could be depleted and their ecosystems broken down within 30 years, which is bad news for everything else on the planet. Very powerful stuff.
Currently running on Netflix.
Just got round to this and real eye opener. Currently, I don't have any seafood in my diet in the UK (big consumer of other meat, mind) but that may change when I get back to South East Asia. After watching this, I'll certainly be a little more mindful of the consumption of seafood. The commercial fishing industry really is a parasite of the planet! A good documentary.

The authorities here are saying the information presented about Thailand is outdated.
This has to be one of the most fascinating documentaries I've seen. It shows just how much of a boost the natural world and the environment has received over the last year. Narrated by David Attenborough (who else!), this is a film that could never have been made without the help of Covid-19. It highlights, without question, just how much damage the human race has inflicted upon this planet, from wild life to the damage to our environment. Just how much the natural world has recovered when we're forced into a lockdown. Will we learn from it. I doubt it.
One of my top documentaries. Download from the usual sites. Download in 4K to get the full benefit.
Watched it last night - superb. The only good thing to come out of the Covid situation is fewer of us and a better life for the rest of the planet albeit temporarily.

Just binged 10 episodes of The Staircase on Netflix. Cracking doc series if you've not seen it already. Lots of courtroom stuff. Twists and turns. Done by the same guys that did 'Making a Murderer'. Gonna try squeeze another episode in before I should try sleep really.
