The highest published population of PKK I can find is close to 600,000. It does explain why we have more than 100% vaccination.

Agreed. The original statement was worded incorrectly.
It's not the no. of people administered to, its the total no. of doses administered

Since this sheet began (in April '21 I think? ) what was the highest no. of weekly cases in Hua Hin District and when was it?
I'm just curious to compare to present day, that's all
