In the years I've used Lazada, I've only ever had one of the three I've stated. Maybe extremely lucky then.

You seem to be 'extremely lucky' with a lot of things here HHT! :duck:

We have about 5-6 different delivery people. One of the newer ones is called Ninja Van TH. Not very ninja-like in the speed of their deliveries though.

Another thing that baffles me is why don't they use a GPS? You could simply add your coords to the address in your account profile, and the delivery people could use that instead of calling you and asking you to explain in Thai where the house is every time!

That's a very good point. Much too easy. The Lex and Kerry drivers mostly know where we are but they'll still call and ask directions.

The drivers always call us when they are in front of the house, to let us know they are there.

The dogs catty-corner from us do the same. The one across the street, sleeps through everything.

Agreed, Flash are by far the worst courier delivery agents.

Not sure if this is relevant to delivery. I will always check out a seller's ratings which have to be in the high 90's in all 3 categories. I will check if they have a website/facebook so if necessary you can call direct instead of relying on 'Chat'. I will avoid products that state 'Coming from abroad' and stick with sellers who have stock.

Always worked for me.

Good points.
I once ordered a massage table, via Lazada, and it never arrived. I did get a refund with no problem. Before that I'd only ordered in the US from US sites and never had a problem. Since living here I've become more wary of everything and everyone. An annoying way to live.

I got 50 baht in my Lazada Wallet, but when I order something I cannot access the wallet, it is not clickable as payment method.

Same thing happens here - I don't think farangs are allowed to have them.

You have to contact Customer Service and they will transfer it to your bank account.

There is a possibility with the Lazada app on the smartphone. You need to take a photo of the passport, which I managed after several tries. Then you have to take a selfie, but the screen freezes and I can't even exit the app.

Believe it or not, Customer Service makes you jump through those same hoops each time before putting the money back into your bank account.

A word of warning. If it seems too good to be true...........................

I'm a Gillette Fusion (5 blades) guy. Brand new, these blades are fantastic, Even after 3 months use, they still out-perform most other blades. Problem is, they cost an arm and a leg (actually works out very good with every blade lasting 3 months).

A friend of mine said buy from Shopee (Lazada sell the same) - they are much cheaper. Like a fool, I did, and was very chuffed with what I received. They look identical, but............

I tried the first one a couple of days ago. It was like sandpaper on my face, no tell tale whiskers in the bowl. Hurt me a lot, and when I rubbed my hand on my chin afterwards, everything was still in tact.

OK, I think, a duff blade. I tried a second yesterday - same results. The rest will end up in the bin - a failed venture.
