I'm at Swampy. Just passed through Immigration and was pleased to see they are not using those awful finger print machines - photo only.
Back to London for while....

I dont know whether anyone saw the video but this is great news...

A US man has been charged with making a terrorism threat after allegedly filming himself licking items in a supermarket saying ‘Who’s afraid of coronavirus?’ Cody Pfister, 26, was arrested after a video of him mocking the disease, which has killed over 10,000 people worldwide, sparked outrage around the globe. Footage from a Walmart in Warrenton, Missiouri, shows the suspect taking off a face mask and running his tongue along items on the shelf while looking at the camera. An on-screen caption reads: ‘I’m a nasty moths f***er’.

Well, I got back an hour ago from a visit to Dr Pairat's clinic, although I didn't need to see him personally and a little shopping at Villa Market and TOPS. The clinic had a few people waiting to be seen, Villa was quite busy and I could buy sanitiser and was offered masks at check out and TOPS was much quieter.

The drive from where I live along 112 was as empty as usual, although I was a little surprised at the amount of traffic on Petch. But very few people were around. Coming out of Villa, I headed up to the railway line, did a left back to 88 and most shops were closed along there. Just seemed a quieter normal day to me. No sign of police anywhere.

Just wondering how much for sanitizer? I bought 500ml yesterday for 320 baht. Just over a month ago 500ml cost me 90 baht.

That's interesting.

In VM it was 220 baht for 300ml (sanitiser and moisturiser but 70% alcohol). I got some the other day from Gourmet Market, which quickly sold out, and that was 199 baht for 400ml (70% alcohol). They had lots of small personal bottles though.

Seems like prices have hiked!

Wonder if the government takes excise duty on the ethyl alcohol in sanitizers.

Anyone been to makro very recently?

Do they have masks and latex gloves?

I'm sure I've seen reference to these on this thread before... maybe Big Boy, not sure?

Can't answer for Macro HH, I go to Macro, Pranburi and I have my own masks and latex gloves. The staff take your temp before entering and hand cleanser. I didn't notice any masks and gloves at the entrance but then again I wasn't looking for them.

Once again, sorry to say, I wasn't looking as I have enough for now. My next trip won't be until Thursday.
