The UK Government may well send him back if the Thais don't seek the death penalty, but 30 years in the BKK Hilton would be much better.

Mags, he seems a fit and healthy guy, not sure if he could pull off the health grounds trick, maybe mental health problems, but he still deserves some Thai jail time.

He will rot in a Thai jail if he is extradited and good riddance to him. Bloody animal.

Yes I realise the 'health grounds' tactic sounds strange - but if he can show he is addicted to steroids I think he could open a can of worms. First of course he will need a lawyer, and is unlikely to qualify for Legal Aid after so long abroad, but there's always some legal eagle willing to stick their neck out on a pro bono case, especially if they are on the 'foreign prisons are hell holes' bandwagon. It will be an interesting case to follow.
