Well I did try to tell you what would happen, but it appears that only one person listened to me

It was indeed SOLD for 8.3 Million baht,

which must make it the steal of the century. I mean 12.5 rai of land, all land filled with power and water, and a large 3 bed roomed house with 12 metre pool and pool bar.

If anyone knows of a better deal, please do NOT post it on here but PM me

Whilst the money will not cover everything we are due, it is nevertheless a lot better than nothing, and when we eventually get our money, we can close this very interesting chapter in our lives, and move on.

Out of interest it will be 5 or 6 months apparently before we get our money, so please don't start sending the begging letters just yet

For all of you that sent messages wishing us good luck, thanks for that, much appreciated.
