Well I'm sorry to hear of your troubles, but I can assure you, not every estate agent is the same. My wife works for one of Thailand's largest and most respected Estate agents, and she bends over backwards for clients and potential clients. For example, I've often driven up to Bangkok with her so she can let clients sign a contract, and etc in order to spare them the trip down to HH. She frequently helps out by escorting nervous clients to banks and so on. So, I think much depends on the actual individual you end up dealing with.

I never post on property related threads as it always seems to end up going in the wrong direction (I am sure Buksi agrees!), just want to put it on the record that I had a great chat with TT and we both understand the challenges of the property business here in Thailand and there are no ill feelings whatsoever. TT is a great guy who has done great business and has great ideas which I am more than happy to listen to and learn from and maybe. As TT said, he has 3 years to find the right place and hopefully that perfect unit becomes available, I am looking for it big time TT
Best to all JW
After talking with JW, we concluded it's time to stop the bickering here and there really are no productive reasons to continue posting in this thread anymore, so before I "check out" I would like to thank everybody for their advice and inputs, and that certainly includes JW too.
